Back in the 70s going with some friends to pick up a bridal shower cake for one of my girlfriends, I saw the cake that the lady had made and thought it was the most "beautiful thing!" And I wanted to learn how to do that. So after I was married and had my first child and wanting to make her first birthday cake special,I started learning how to decorate the Wilton way of cake decorating. Many years later, I took the Wilton courses while I was working in a bakery and the rest is history. I have 30 years of decorating experience and after 15 years of decorating full time in retail bakeries, I finally decided to get licensed with the state health dept. of South Dakota took the required food safety course, my husband Randy built me the required seperate kitchen and I've been having fun making and designing custom wedding cakes to help make your day magicial.
